In April 2002, the RIKEN Kobe Institute (now RIKEN Kobe Campus) was established as a core research institution for life science research of the Kobe Biomedical Innovation Cluster being promoted by the City of Kobe.
The following research centers are conducting research at the Kobe Campus.

They arrive in the summer... They make an annoying, high-pitched buzzing sound when they fly near your ear. Then you suddenly notice a red spot on your body, which starts to itch like crazy.
