What are cells? All living things are made up of cells. Most cells are so small that you can only see them with a microscope. Cadherins are molecules connecting cells. What happens when cadherins cannot function?

Make an original key fob!

Draw your favorite organism on a clear plastic board, warm it up in a toaster oven for a few minutes to create your own original key fob. Sample pictures and illustrations of some model organisms used in research will also be available to trace.

Make your own original creation using various items used for experiments in the labs! You can also try your hand at double-stranded DNA origami (paper-folding).

Let’s observe the animal brain using a microscope. What does the fluorescence show? Get hints from a researcher to figure out the answer. Take a photo and make it into a sticker or post it to your SNS.
