Integrated Innovation Building

The Integrated Innovation Building (IIB) was established in the heart of the Kobe Biomedical Innovation Cluster, one of Japan’s largest biomedical clusters, in April 2015. Through interdisciplinary research and collaboration with industry, the IIB aims to create new forms of innovation, including the development of groundbreaking medical and drug-discovery technologies.

Lecture Hall (8F)

The lecture hall on the 8th floor of the IIB (capacity: about 140 people) is available for use by the public (for a fee). Please feel free to use it for research events, such as symposia, lectures, and training sessions.

※Given the current situation of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Japan, external use will be discontinued for the time being.

Applying to Use the Lecture Hall
